We had an amazing experience with our technician Troy Andersen at Hot2Cold. I would specifically go out of my way to recommend him over and over again. He is experienced and thorough answered all our questions and we left feeling more than happy with the work that was done and the answers we received.

When our AC decided to quit in the middle of summer, Troy from Hot to Cold AC swooped in like a superhero with a toolbox. He came out the very next day and had us chilling in comfort before we could even finish melting. Friendly, fast, and professional, if your AC ever gives you the cold shoulder (or worse, no cold at all), Troy’s the guy you want on speed dial! The communication was top notch and cost was reasonable!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I write this review as a contractor and a homeowner. Contractors are often skeptical of service technicians coming to their home. We can be demanding, critical, and cheap. We typically "think" we know more than the technician and supervise them closely to be sure they do everything right, and that we get what we are paying for. I am not different. When Rodney and Lee arrived at my house, I integrated them to determine their knowledge and how they would manage themselves. (Borderline harassment.) It is without reservation that I highly recommended Hot 2 Cold as a Mechanical Contractor. Their technicians are well-versed, courteous, professional, and skilled. Rodney and Lee took their time servicing my two AC Units and I was pleasantly surprised they did not just open, spray, test, and leave. They opened both the interior air handler unit and outside compartments for inspections. They thoroughly disinfected the inside AHU coils, flushed the drain lines, and tested. They thoroughly cleaned the coils, tested, replaced a capacitor, and charged the system. The time that Hot 2 Cold took to service one of my systems is twice the time that other Contractors take to service both my systems. They were not slow or joking around. Quite the contrary – they gave me my money’s worth, and the entire time I was harassing them (partly because I was bored, but mostly testing them to see how well they were trained) they worked as they spoke to me in a kind, compassionate, and in a deescalating manner. I was proud of them. I enjoyed harassing Rodney and Lee. I wish all my service technicians worked as hard and represented my company, as well as these two young technicians represented Hot 2 Cold. We got our ac unit put in by hot to cold 10 years ago. They did a excellent job. Any time we have had a issue arrive they did get it resolved in a timely manner. All the hvac techs that have been to my house have been super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone
