About

We are I love Praag / I Love Krakow, a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator offering guided, open-air museum–style walks in Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava. Our group is a club of the cities’ most experienced guides — many have more than ten years leading tours and have worked for the largest local tour operators. We created I Love Praag out of a passion for these European capitals and to give guides who felt out of place at big companies an engaging new challenge. Expect seasoned storytellers who know each city's streets and history inside out.

How experienced are your guides?

Our guides are among the most experienced in their cities, and many have more than 10 years of tour-leading experience. Several previously worked for the largest local tour operators.

Why was I Love Praag / I Love Krakow started?

We started the company because we love these European capitals and wanted to share that passion through walking tours. It also offered an interesting new challenge for guides who felt out of place at big companies.

What is the background of your team?

We are a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator made up of a club of seasoned guides. Our team combines long experience with a shared enthusiasm for the cities we tour.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
