I highly recommend Rachel Kugel as a DWI defense attorney. Her knowledge of the law and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. I was charged with a 2nd offense with the 1st being 19 years prior. Being a refusal the court asserted I was not eligible for a stepdown to a 1st.
